Updates to Terms or Service

Revised Terms take effect immediately unless otherwise indicated. Your continued use of LF Wallet following any update means you accept the revised Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

To use LF Wallet, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent
• Not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions
• Not be on any prohibited persons list maintained by government authorities
• Only use our Services if permitted under your local laws
• Use our Services only with legally-obtained funds that rightfully belong to you

SERVICES

LF Wallet is a non-custodial digital wallet software for digital assets including cryptocurrencies, virtual commodities, and NFTs (Digital Assets). You have complete control over and responsibility for your Digital Assets and private keys. We support native coins and EIP-20 tokens on each respective chain we support.

LF Wallet is a non-custodial digital wallet software for digital assets including cryptocurrencies, virtual commodities, and NFTs ("Digital Assets"). You have complete control over and responsibility for your Digital Assets and private keys. We support native coins and EIP-20 tokens on each respective chain we support.

LF Wallet enables you to:

• Generate wallet addresses and associated private keys using our 24-phrase recovery method that you may use to send and receive digital assets
• Browse and access third-party decentralized applications ("DApps") and third-party decentralized exchanges ("DEX") through the mobile application's web browser
• Swap/trade digital assets through DApp functionality made available by third-party service providers
• View digital asset price information made available by third-party service providers
• Broadcast Digital Asset Transaction data to various blockchains supported by LF Wallet without requiring you to download or install the associated blockchain-based software to your local device

Wallet Security - 24-Phrase Recovery Method

LF Wallet uses a 24-phrase mnemonic recovery system for enhanced security. As a non-custodial wallet:

• We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• Your wallet is generated and encrypted locally on your device
• You alone have access to your wallet credentials - we cannot retrieve, reset, or decrypt them

You are solely responsible for:

• Securely storing your 24-phrase recovery phrase
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys
• Backing up your wallet information
• All wallet access credentials

WARNING: Loss of your 24-phrase recovery phrase will result in permanent loss of access to your Digital Assets. We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your recovery phrase.

Digital Asset Transactions

All digital asset transactions must be validated and recorded on the respective blockchain. We have no control over blockchain networks and cannot:

• Cancel or modify transactions
• Guarantee transaction completion
• Control transaction fees or processing times

You acknowledge that all blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Third Party Services

Our platform integrates with and connects to various third-party services and decentralized applications ("dApps") including:

• WalletKit
• Infura
• Firebase
• Coinbase APIs
• MetaMask APIs
• Decentralized exchanges (DEX)
• Price information providers
• Other blockchain services

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their operation or any losses you may incur. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Fees

Transaction fees may include:

• Network/gas fees (determined by blockchain networks)
• Third-party service fees
• Mining fees

We do not control these fees and are not responsible for fee fluctuations.

Intellectual Property

License to Use LF Wallet

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LF Wallet for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

Open Source

LF Wallet operates under applicable open source licenses. Details about our software can be found on our GitHub repository.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal activities
• Impersonate others or access others' wallets without permission
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer our Services
• Violate any third party's rights
• Use our Services in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of our Services
• Unauthorized access to your wallet
• Loss of private keys or recovery phrases
• Blockchain network issues
• Third-party services or content

Disclaimer of Warranties

LF WALLET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. LF Wallet is available worldwide. If you are in the EU or California, we comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LF Wallet.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

Assignment

We may assign our rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
